What types of events can be organized at Chalet Hotel Schönegg?

We host a wide range of private events, including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, family celebrations, engagement dinners, baby showers, and exclusive private gatherings.

How many guests can you accommodate?

Infinity Terrace: up to 120 guests for aperitifs and cocktail receptions.
‍Restaurant Saveurs: up to 80 guests for seated dinners and celebrations.
‍Uncorked Wine Bar: up to 18 seated guests / up to 30 standing guests.
‍Accommodation: with 45 rooms, Chalet Hotel Schönegg can host up to 90 overnight guests, making it an ideal venue for destination weddings and multi-day celebrations.

Can I privatize the hotel for my event?

Depending on the season, availability, and the size of your event, we would be delighted to discuss exclusive or semi-exclusive use of selected spaces. Please contact our team for a personalized proposal.

Which event spaces are available?

Choose from our Infinity Terrace with breathtaking Matterhorn views, Restaurant Saveurs for elegant dining experiences, or the intimate Uncorked Wine Bar for private gatherings.

How do I get to Zermatt?

Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can arrive directly by train or park in Täsch and continue to Zermatt by shuttle train in approximately 12 minutes. Our complimentary hotel shuttle is available on arrival and departure days.

What culinary experience can we expect?

Your event will be accompanied by the award-winning cuisine of Restaurant Saveurs, awarded 15 GaultMillau points, combining seasonal ingredients, regional flavors and refined craftsmanship.

Do you offer customized event planning?
