Check-in is generally available from 2 PM onwards. If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to store your luggage with us and start your Schönegg experience right away. Enjoy a drink on our Infinity Terrace, savor a lunch or take a stroll through Zermatt while we prepare your room. For early check-in, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Zermatt is car-free. You can travel directly by train or drive to Täsch by car. From Täsch, a shuttle train or taxi will take you to Zermatt. Our Matterhorn village is also easily accessible by train. Once in Zermatt, our team will be happy to arrange a transfer with an electric taxi directly to the Schönegg. Simply let us know your arrival time and location (train station or taxi drop-off point).

Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel and warmly welcome your furry companions. However, please note that pets are not allowed in the main dining room of Restaurant Saveurs. For breakfast or dinner, you’re welcome to enjoy a meal with your dog in the Uncorked Bar, where we strive to make both you and your pet comfortable. Kindly inform us in advance if you're bringing a pet, as an additional fee of 40 CHF will apply.
