In the village center you will find a variety of sports shops and souvenir shops as well as the Coop and Migros supermarkets.

We offer a free shuttle service to and from the train station or taxi terminal from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on your arrival and departure days.

It is forbidden to store skis, ski boots or snowboards in the room or on the balcony.

You can obtain the ski or peak pass at reception.

We work with Flex Rent for ski rental.

Our ski room is on the 3rd floor in the main building.

We work with the Zermatters ski school for ski lessons.

Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

Our SPA area is located on the 2nd floor of the main building

• Pool Area: Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Sauna Area: Open daily from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
