Our ski room is on the 3rd floor in the main building.

We work with the Zermatters ski school for ski lessons.

Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

Our SPA area is located on the 2nd floor of the main building

• Pool Area: Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Sauna Area: Open daily from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

We kindly remind our guests that the SPA area is a place of relaxation. For further information or to book treatments, please contact our reception.

For your holiday greetings you will receive a selection of stamps directly at our reception.

On request we can provide you with a stool in the bathroom.

For private transfers we work with a local taxi company, Taxi Fredy. From Geneva airport the journey takes around 4 hours.
